Quality Objectives

The Portuguese Renal Foundation defines its overall objectives in both operational and quality management areas.
These objectives are shared and discussed with process managers to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to monitor and control their implementation.

Mission

The Portuguese Renal Foundation’s mission is to provide comprehensive care for people with chronic kidney disease as biopsychosocial beings.
Through its network of Comprehensive Care Centres, the FRP plays a positive role in the communities it serves and is committed to addressing the ethical and social needs of those communities.

Vision

The Portuguese Renal Foundation’s vision is to be recognised for excellence in the comprehensive care of people with chronic kidney disease, guided by the principles of humanity and dignity in the services provided, while systematically improving its care processes in accordance with its Quality Policy.
